SUPERBTI eliminates the difficulty and potential material waste from cutting your own sections of titanium tube into sections for fabricating complex bends.

SUPRBTI titanium pie cuts have a 1mm(0.039”)/1.2mm(0.047”) wall thickness to work perfectly with our corresponding tubing. Each pie section has been engineered with a 9°/15°cut. 45° and 90° pie cut sets are available in 1.1D across all OD and wall thickness ranges. So it owns a lighter weight and will bring a boom sounds for car. It will drastically reduce the fabrication time needed for producing a full Titanium exhaust system when pie cuts become too time consuming.

2. Materials

CP1 Titanium (Gr.1) is the first choice for high performance exhaust systems with corrosive resistance, including both wet and dry hot gases.

It is one of the strongest grades of all commercially pure titanium, with extreme strength and toughness with excellent corrosive resistance. It is competitive with stainless steel in regard to corrosive resistance but offers a significantly lighter weight due to the low density of titanium.

4. Application

Titanium pie cuts are widely used in race exhaust system, turbo systems, exhaust intake, Weding witanium bends, titanium fabrication components for racing enthusiasts and fabricators

5. Process

Titanium pie cuts are precision laser cut from thin wall Grade 1 Titanium using a CNC machine in a qualified facility to ensure that the degree and centerline radius is consistent and free of defects. After the cutting process, they will be deburred and completely cleaned of any imperfections on the cut and pickling to ensure a clean finish on the ends and exterior and interior surfaces. Finally they are ultrasonically cleaned to provide a ready to weld solution right out of the package.
