Titanium transition reducers are made of titanium sheets with polished surface and great performance. The transition reducers will save you the time and hassle of trying to flare tubing yourself with a much smoother transition and better finish.

Titanium reducer cone can be perfect to change tubing sizes in an exhaust system or as an end cap for custom muffler section and custom exhaust tips. Transitions are designed to mate up corresponding flanges and tubing.

2. Materials

CP1 Titanium (Gr.1) is the first choice for high performance exhaust systems with corrosive resistance, including both wet and dry hot gases.

It is one of the strongest grades of all commercially pure titanium, with extreme strength and toughness with excellent corrosive resistance. It is competitive with stainless steel in regard to corrosive resistance but offers a significantly lighter weight due to the low density of titanium.

4. Application

Titanium transition reducers are widely used to change tubing sizes in an exhaust system or as an end cap for custom muffler section and custom exhaust tips.

5. Process

Titanium transition reducers are precision laser cut from thin wall Grade 1 Titanium using a CNC machine in a qualified facility to ensure that the dimension is consistent and free of defects. After the cutting process, they will be de-burred and completely cleaned of any imperfections on the cut. The cut sheets will be welded using argon arc welding. Then the surface will be polished by using polisher. Finally they are ultrasonically cleaned to provide a ready to weld solution right out of the package.
